I plan on pursuing a dual degree in Mathematics and Music. Now many people may be wondering why I am doing this. When I was trying to decide what to major in I would fluctuate between the two, but either way I felt like I was going to be missing out on something. Both of these two areas a very important to me, so I decided it would make me the happiest to pursue both of them.

Also math and music are much more related than most people think. Music is a series of patterns that just like math. In fact many of the presocratics, such as Pythagoras studies both music and math.
